Spa Information

Reservations: Spa services are available by appointment.  We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.  For parties of 3 and larger, we require a credit card number which we will charge in advance to ensure reservation.  Walk-in appointments are based on availability.

Product return policies:  Unopened products in original, undamaged packing can be returned within 14 days for store credit when accompanied with a receipt.  There are no refunds or exchanges on opened products. 

We will accept exchange or given store credit for merchandise/treatment that does not completely satisfy you for up to 7 days after you purchase it.

Check-in:  We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.

Late Arrivals:  to ensure that other client services are not disrupted, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and late clients are still responsible for their full service fees.

Cancellations:  In order to ensure smooth services for our clients as a whole, we require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel or change any service without charge.  Hence, for cancellations within less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged 50% of the full service charge.

Gift Certificates:  All gift certificates must be mentioned and approved when making your appointment, prior to the date of service.

Spa Promotions: Spa specials cannot be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates.

Cell phone:  To ensure a relaxing visit for all of our guests, we request that you kindly mute your cell phone and other devices during your visit.

Gratuities:  Our listed rates do not include gratuity.  Gratuity is greatly appreciated, for which the standard gratuity is 15-20% of the original treatment cost before discounts and promotions.

Payment:  All major credit cards are accepted.  Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at the time of booking.
