Reservations

Our spa services are offered by appointment to provide each guest with a personalized experience. We encourage booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-in appointments are accommodated based on availability.

Arrival & Check-in

For a calm and unhurried experience, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Late Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, appointments may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled services, and full service fees will still apply.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to all guests, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment modifications or cancellations. Appointments changed or canceled within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% service fee.

Product returns

Unopened products in original, undamaged packing can be returned within 14 days for store credit when accompanied with a receipt. There are no refunds or exchanges on opened products.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates must be mentioned and confirmed when making your appointment, prior to the date of service. Gift certificates are only redeemable at JS Beauty Spa for the amount or service specified on the gift certificate. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

Spa Parties & Groups

For parties of 3 and larger, we require a credit card number which we will charge in advance to ensure reservation.

Spa Promotions

Spa specials and seasonal discounts cannot be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates.

Cell Phone policy

To ensure a relaxing visit for all of our guests, we request that you kindly mute your cell phone and other devices during your visit.

Gratuities

Please note that gratuity is not included in our service pricing. For exceptional service, a customary gratuity of 15–20% is appreciated, based on the original treatment value prior to any discounts or promotional offers.

Payment

All major credit cards are accepted.  Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at the time of booking.
